Insomnia Clinic Fees
Answers to your questions about fees for working with our insomnia specialists.
How much do you charge for your services?
Learn Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) techniques through our $299 Sleep Training Workshop. An experienced sleep educator helps you to understand your sleep problem and teaches you evidence-based techniques to improve your sleep. Learn more about the workshop.
Work with an Insomnia Specialist. Our process starts with a $199 Guided Sleep Discovery interview. This is a comprehensive evaluation by an insomnia specialist to identify the causes of your sleep problem and create a Sleep Recovery Plan. Learn more about the Guided Sleep Discovery process.
The cost of treatment is typically between a few hundred dollars and several thousand dollars, depending on your individual needs. An insomnia specialist will give you a personalized estimate of treatment costs at the end of your first visit, when they know more about your unique situation. Do you take insurance?
We do not contract with insurance. However, many of our patients get partial reimbursement from out-of-network health insurance benefits or healthcare flexible spending accounts.
Can you help me get reimbursed?
Our HIPAA compliant billing system will automatically send you a superbill each month. This superbill has the information you’ll need to request reimbursement from your insurance or other benefits provider.
We have a reimbursement specialist who can help you understand your benefits and guide you in requesting reimbursement. However, we do not submit documentation to or request reimbursement directly from your insurance or other benefits provider.
Why don’t you take insurance?
- We are a unique clinic with highly trained clinicians and an exclusive clinical assessment and treatment process.
- Insurance companies dictate which healthcare services can be provided. We believe healthcare decisions should be between a patient and their healthcare provider.
- Insurance companies refuse to provide fair compensation. We believe all our employees deserve to be compensated fairly.
- Insurance companies place an unreasonable burden of administrative work on healthcare providers. We believe our providers should spend their time with patients not paperwork.
