We are looking for individuals to participate in a research study on the effectiveness of a single-session educational intervention to help people suffering with insomnia.
This research study is approved by the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs (UCCS) institutional review board.

CBT-I Sleep Training Workshops
These workshops (normally $149) are free to study participants.
These workshops are developed for people struggling with insomnia and teach Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), a brief, evidence-based treatment recommended by the American College of Physicians as the initial treatment for chronic insomnia. You’ll learn to increase your natural sleep power and break down unhealthy sleep programming. You’ll learn how to combat the racing mind and unhealthy thoughts that get in the way of natural sleep. Learn the full package of CBT-I by attending a single 4-hour workshop.
