Ever wondered what came first, the insomnia or the depression? Most people have an opinion about this issue. The opinions usually take one of two forms.

1. “I’m only depressed because I can’t sleep. If only I could get some decent sleep I’d be fine.”

or

2. “I can’t sleep because I’m depressed so there’s no point in trying to do anything to fix my sleep problem.”

Both of these beliefs are usually untrue. I’ll tell you why in this short video.
