SHARP Sleep Training
The process of escape, hang out, and try again is unbelievably effective. In fact, if there is only one thing in my book 10 Laws of Insomnia you decide to actually do, it should be this. It is so effective, that this strategy and a couple of other related strategies are the primary sleep transformation tools used in the SHARP program.
